Different ways to do fasting

Fasting is one of the best thing we can do to our body

    1. Intermittent Fasting

    Eating in 8 hours window and fast for 16 hours

    2. 36 hours Fasting

    After dinner, stop eating the night, entire next day and next day night.. It looks difficult but easy one

    3. 72 Hour fasting

    0

    Fast for three days. It is bit difficult but can be achievable with practice

Do you eat anything when you are on your 8 hours eating window?

Hi Chantelle, yes, I eat anything. No such restrictions. But the best is to avoid a lot of carbohydrates.
Also, the number of intakes should be limited as every time we eat, there will be an insulin spike that happens in the body.
