Egg bar menu
I like eggs. I eat them almost every morning in different ways. Sometimes I thing it will be cool to open egg bar/dinner with a set of different dishes based on the eggs or their components.
1. Scrambled eggs
Choice #1. Obviously.
2. Omlet
I make the smoothes omelet in the world.
3. Soft boiled eggs
4. Hard boiled eggs
5. Eggnog (virgin or regular one)
6. Whisky sour
Or a bunch of other cocktails requiring the egg white.
7. Egg bread
8. Eggs Benedict
Yummy.
9. Egg foam mousse.
Some variation of a desert.
