Everyone talks about leadership principles.
The problem: no one has yet managed to change (just) by understanding them. Principles take minutes to grasp and a lifetime to master. To progress, focus on daily practice. And Marshall Goldsmith's active questions are ideal.

2. Create a question to measure your level of daily effort? "Did I do my best to [ The behavior you want to change]
3. Rate yourself from 0 to 10 in an excel chart for every day of the week.
4. Create an average at the end of the week.
5. Compare your average from week to week and give yourself a moment to reflect. "What can I do next week to improve".
6. No one gets fit by understanding the basics of training.

7. Don't believe me, test the method.
