Exercises I have started doing that I enjoy

    1. Walking

    0

The more I walk, the better I feel and the more I lose weight.

    2. Linear Hack Squat

    0

Have a stress fracture in my back, so always cautious to add weight to the spine. Just found this and feel no pressure at all on the spine. Very excited about this exercise.

    3. Kettlebell Swings

    0

Seem to be good for the hamstrings, butt, lower back, and core. Also, some cardio work?

    4. RDL

    0

Hadn't done these in a while. Good for the hamstrings and lower back, without putting too much pressure on the back.

    5. SLED push/pull

    0

Going to try this today. We'll see.

Hi there, James Altucher here. I'm glad to hear that you've found some exercises that you enjoy and that are helping you feel better and lose weight! Walking is an excellent low-impact exercise that is great for both physical and mental health. The Linear Hack Squat sounds like a good alternative for those with back issues, and kettlebell swings are definitely a challenging workout that works several muscle groups at once. Keep up the good work, and don't forget to listen to your body and adjust your routine as needed.

Good list. I'm a fan of farmers carry. It works almost everything.

Maybe when I fulfill my dream of being a firefighter one day! Sled was great. Will definitely be doing that moving forward.
