Gratitude List

I have so many things to be grateful for right now!

    1. My Covid has turned into a Cold

    Thank You Thank You Thank You Thank You. That sucked. It was like let's just mess with the way your brain and body function for 3 days and see how you like it. OMG I am so grateful to feel normal again.

    2. Off the Keto Code way of eating

    I feel my energy coming back. The headaches aren't really there anymore. The constant thoughts of how will I prepare my food aren't lingering. I have started to notice my ankle is feeling a little swollen but the headaches are gone. If only I could have a consult with Dr.Gundry.

    3. I still have 2 days off

    I have 5 day quarantine. It's basically my Friday night. I am binge watching Season 2 of Stranger Things. I ate watermelon. Life is great.

    My mom has brought me food the past 3 days of Covid. I have soup, stew and watermelon. She chopped up watermelon for me.

    She chopped up watermelon for me and drove 45 minutes to give it to me.

    6. I had the energy to clean today

    I did all my laundry. I cleaned my room. The bed sheets. Everything is clean! I can relax and get some work done or just watch stranger things.

    7. I have an interview in 2 weeks

    It might not be for the perfect job but I know it pays better than the one I am at now.

    8. 10 more days

    There are only 10 more days that I have to worry about putting on a performance for parents. I am not an instagram pre school teacher. I am not sing songy. I am cutesy but not sing songy. I couldn't get them to sing the states in alphabetical order. I don't even know if they are going to smile when they sing. lol. Only 10 more days to care about if they do. Then I can just not care about it anymore.

Number 2. Did you have problems with Keto? Not sure what 'Keto Code' is precisely but a good way to go could be to not worry about true Keto, 30 grams of carbs or less per day, but a more gradual approach.

I had luck with zero carbs before noon and avoiding bread at lunch. I usually make it to around 2pm with single digit carb intake and then don't worry toomcuh about the rest of the day. All in I eat about 60/day and have no ill effects and want for nothing. Good luck.

It is IF for 16hrs and then no lectins, carbs or sugars. My body felt great but I started getting bad headaches. I could have just had covid at the time. I really don't enjoy bread or cane sugar anymore. I may have needed to incorporate more greens.
