This is great. I try to do all of these although I don't do #5 and #8 . I'll check out #8.

Thanks. :) That qigong exercises at number 8 are probably the best item on the list. They are easy to do, and it only takes about 15 min.

Thanks for sharing this! I really want to get in shape and lose a few pounds. Do you have any suggested diet? or just balanced diet filled with fruits and veggies?

My body tends to be scrawny, so I am not the best person to ask for diet tips. ;) One fasting day with no solid food except some fruits is probably a good idea. And long walks.

I need to reduce my sugar and caffeine but it is difficult to find an alternative. Do you practice Baduanjin?

I'm a coffee addict. It is hard for me too. Yes, I practice Baduanjin whenever I remember.
