Habits I am Keeping in 2023

    1. Define Minimum Standard of Excellence in key areas

    Minimum Standard of Excellence in key areas of my life: Health, Faith, Family, Writing, etc.

    For example, write 200 words every day. Or Journal daily for at least 15 min, etc.

    2. Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reviews

    Related to the minimum standard of excellence. I try to fast an Xh per month.

Great list! I like the concept of the minimum standard of excellence. Three years ago I started conducting monthly and annual reviews, and that is a habit I am keeping.

It was interesting on January 1, 2023 to look back at my first annual review on January 1, 2020. So much as changed, and while I've not accomplished everything I set out for myself, I did accomplish a lot. It's such a fantastic tool to provide perspective on how we progress in life, as otherwise it's far too easy to consider the recent past and the near future.

Thanks, Bill. Indeed, being in the GAIN and appreciating just how far we come is important. That positivity will itself fuel even more progress. Let's make 2023 a great year :)
