3. A mini-trampoline next to my desk - jumping on it 3-5x per day

5. doing Peloton classes I've never done before like Pilates, Barre, and Shadow Boxing

6. taking a daily nap for 30 mins after lunch - 10 mins of it is reading fiction and the other 20 mins sleeping

7. using Freedom App to block news and social media websites for most of the day - I have schedules set up

8. adding blog posts or educational YouTube videos I want to read to an Apple Note and then reading them 1x/week on a Friday

9. buying floor hockey sticks and nets and turning my basement into a floor hockey rink to play with my son

10. adding back 2-3 CrossFit classes to my gym routine - I have been working out in my basement since COVID began but I added back these classes to provide variety and connect with like minded people
