7. Write 10 ideas
8. Do something small for your partner that they'd appreciate.
9. Do 10 pushups and 10 air squats. (Tiny habit)
10. Read post it's with identity statements.
Write down on post it's that complete the following "I'm the type of person that ..." and hang them up somewhere you'll see them.
ex. I'm the type of person that values themselves for the sincere pursuit of my goals not the result.
I'm the type of person that gets up at 5AM everyday.
