How could I improve my morning.
1. No phones/screens for an hour

3. 15-20 walk outside to get sunlight on your eyes. Helps set circadian rhythms for better sleep

4. Get your sunlight while taking a brisk walk

5. Wait at least an hour from waking before any caffeine

6. Spend time in prayer/meditation/reflection

7. Wake up a little earlier than you need so not to be rushed

8. Sex makes everything better

9. Eat a little something healthy.

10. Give someone a hug and tell them you love them
