How I am consistently going to keep getting raises

In the past I have been horrible at earning more money or making money, so I am going to consistently work on this.

    1. Tell my manager that I would like a raise every year and then create a plan to accomplish that

    2. Check in with my boss quarterly

    Although we have a standing check in meeting each week

    3. Keep giving ideas to other employees - stay top of mind

    4. Develop my skills outside of work

    5. Get Scrum and PMP certified

    6. Become an industry expert

    7. Create my own internal company projects and execute - must be proactive

    8. Go into the office 2 days a week - physical presence will help

    9. Get mentors

    10. Use SMART goals with manager quarterly to make sure you are accomplishing your goals

I agree with #6. The more experienced you are, the higher value you become.

You can do it! Is it difficult to get srum and PMP certified?

Scrum, not at all. PMP yes. You have to pass a test and hours that you have worked on projects. But you can skip the line by getting Google PM certified through Coursera.
