How to avoid distraction1. Close the doors. Play hard to get.2. Have your favorite (non-alcoholic) drink by your side so you don’t have to chase it later.3. Have paper and pen handy. Block notifications or your notifications become your new focus. I7. It takes 15 minutes after every interruption to completely refocus. How much time do you really have? Count the cost of interruptions.8. Count the cost of interruptions.9. Make sure that wherever you are trying to work that your work area is clean. Clutter is a distraction.
