1. Have a 'work' laptop.
I know not everyone can afford a dedicated work laptop alongside one for home use but, if distraction is a major problem for you, then I do feel a separate laptop will help. You may find that your work will equip you with one of their laptops.2. Create a new user with a separate login.
Create a 'work' user and only install apps that you will need for work.3. Timetable, or schedule, your work
Allocate time during the day for carrying out your work, especially if you need to work on a range of projects. Also include some 'break' time when it would be permissible for you to indulge in personal activities.4. Have a work buddy
Ask a colleague to act as an online buddy. This person can call you, or contact you online to ensure you are working on work-related projects.5. Alternatively, simply do not worry about distractions.
I guess in a way, if you are perpetually distracted then that may be a sign that your work is not satisfying.
