How to avoid distraction

    1. Use a tool like Freedom to block distracting websites and apps so you can focus on what's important.

    2. Pomodoro Technique

    Work for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. After 4 cycles, take a longer break.

    3. Take Advantage of Downtime

    Set aside 10-15 minutes each day to do something that relaxes or interests you, outside of work.

    4. Put all phones face down in the middle of the table before starting a meeting or conversation.

    5. "Minimize Multitasking":

    6. Do one thing at a time and give it your full attention.
