How to be resilient

    1. Don't be hard on yourself

    When you make a mistake, don't think "I am a failure". That's too harsh. Think "that was a bad decision, I won't let that happen again." Or even better, think "that was an interesting experience", and then move on.

    2. Sleep 8 hours a day

    It's very difficult to be resilient when you are sleep deprived.

    3. Exercise every day

    This releases endorphins which makes you feel good.

    4. Eat well and often

    You can't be resilient if your body is depleted of nutrients.

    5. Laugh every day at something funny (or yourself)

    Laughter triggers dopamine which makes you happy.
