4. Dont leave. It may not be worth giving up all the positives of cult living.
5. Find the silver lining in the cult cloud experinece you had. No one likes a whiner.
6. If your family is in the cult be prepared in your noggin to never see them again.
7. You are going to have some weird ideas. Thats ok all humans are weird. Adapt.
8. Dont go to hard on the hookers and booze just because you are allowed now.
9. People are good and will help you.
