1. Sign up for a competition like a Spartan Race or Triathlon - you will have to train to prepare for this or you will look like an idiot.

3. YouTube has hundreds of free workouts. Just search for "20 minute workout"

4. Ask your fitness friend if they will work out with you this week.

6. Write on Twitter or Facebook that you will be doing 20 pushups every day this month

7. Set a goal to lose 20 lbs by July 1st and if you fail, you have to make a donation to an organization you hate like the KKK or Trump for Prez in 2024

8. Try intermittent fasting - it's easy... you can only eat between 12-8 PM. No eating from 8 PM - 12 PM.

9. If you think you don't have 30 minutes per day to exercise, stop everything you are doing right now and do me a favour: punch yourself in the face as hard as you can because you are acting like an idiot.

10. Buy a walking treadmill or mini trampoline for your office to stay active while working.
