How to Get Up to 10,000 steps a day while working from home

Today I went into the office and at the end of the day had almost 10000 steps, but fell short. I need to do all of these!

    1. Get up every 25 minutes and walk around your house 3 times

    2. Walk to the mail box and walk back

    3. Workout by Dancing or some other jumping/ walking intensive exercise

    4. Leave your meals or snacks in the kitchen when you eat. Everytime you want a bite you have to get up and walk into the kitchen

    5. Take breaks to clean up clutter in a room in your house

    6. Play a Walking Game (Like Drinking Game)

    Everytime you hear or see a certain work or concept, ou have to get up and walk around your house

    7. Wear a Fitbit and get up to walk every hour when it prompts you to walk.

    8. Do some errands
