How to Spend Less Time in Email
1. Unsubscribe
2. Use Rules/Filters for lower priority email
3. Turn off notifications from other software
4. Archive - dont use folders
5. Become a search wizard
6. Use snoozing
7. Create tasks in email in your task manager
8. Don't communicate internally via email - use Slack
9. 2 minute rule: don't spend more than 2 mins on an individual email
10. Bulk Archive - search for anything older than 1 month and archive it
