2. AI can provide synthetic trial experience
3. AI will read and write documents
4. Early on documents will be very long as people over generate options
5. You will not be able to work without AI: other AI will produce too much material
6. There will be electronic/aI variants of a filibuster
7. There will be AI based judgement (like minority report)
8. AI will enable more complex legal contracts (international trade,etc)
9. Instant access to every digitized legal decision makes research almost instant
10. There will be automated bots that will file lawsuits
this week, some of the social media companies are on trial for liability for people’s unhappiness and addiction. If they’re successful, AI will create swarms of copycat lawsuits.
