Indicators your subconscious can use re-programming

    1. You say/think "I wish I were a better ___"

    2. You feel like you aren't enough

    3. You have a recurring negative thought pattern

    4. You get a knot in your throat or an upset stomach during/after certain types of interactions

    5. You believe your inner critic

    6. You have trauma you know you haven't fully processed

    7. You experience extreme fear of something that isn't life-threatening (or you have phobias)

    8. You feel stuck

    9. You aren't at all auditory or visual (and depend completely on the other)

    10. You want to do something, but can't seem to make it a part of your daily routine
