Leadership lessons learnt from my sons (1 - 4 years old)
1. NEVER take "no" as an answer

2. Invest in what you really want (use tears, yelling, hammering fists to get what you want)

3. Dream big!

4. If daddy says no, don't give up and ask mummy!

5. If mummy says "no", ask daddy and tell him that mummy said yes already...

6. EVERYTHING your parents say, can be used against them

7. Smiling makes people do what you want them to do :)

8. Be curious!

9. If somethimg does not work out, there is no reason not to try again

10. Be honest to yourself and ask friends if some help is required :)
