2. Know how much your time is worth. If you are worth $100/hour and catch yourself doing $20/hour work, you need to get rid of those tasks.
3. Create content. Helping people by making great content is the best marketing for your business.
4. Organize you and your team's work. Don't assign tasks via text message as text messaging is not ideal for getting this type of work done.
5. Take care of yourself. If you work 100 hours a week, get sick, fat, depressed, and your family leaves you, are you a success?
