Build - construct (something) by putting parts or material together.
Build - make stronger or more intense.
1. In order to construct seemingly disparate micro skills together you need time to develop the skills and you must also have the insight to fit them together for strength and intensity.
2. Most people underestimate microskills such as nonverbal communication, silence, empathy, not responding, reflection, questioning, summarizing, and paraphrasing.
3. Borrow hours from other domains, it's legal and harmless.
