1. Stand up for other people

The best way to be popular is to stick up for someone else. It makes you look strong and people will gravitate towards you knowing that you will have their back.

2. Exhibit a locus of control

Take responsibility and don't blame others, even (especially) if it's not your fault.

3. Pretend that insults are compliments

It will make them mad and make you look cool

4. Wear sunglasses, even when it's dark

It's especially cool if they can kind of see your eyes through the lenses

5. Don't sweat the small stuff

It's all small stuff

6. Read Schopenhauer

You will learn there is no such thing as happiness, only the absence of suffering, so most stuff is fine. Also works with the Stoic philosophers but they are harder to read. See idea #5.
