I still have a lot to learn. Lots of new experiments to run.

My goal is to one day have my own business. For the most part I have worked for other businesses and individuals. The times when I have tried my own business did not last long. I know I still have a lot to learn and areas to grow in.

These are some of the subjects that I want to learn more about.

Right now I am taking the Google Project Management course, which is really interesting.

I am probably most curious about YouTube and building an online business. Which I also kind view online business as audience building.

In my current business I am working writing a few deep dive articles for the sales funnel, which has been fun.

I really want to do real estate someday. I guess being a realtor could be a good start?

For sure. You have a lot of different options for real estate. You could become an investor, renting, flipping, loans etc. or if you want to actually sell then become a realtor.

That would be a great way to learn about the sales process. But you would need to pass the test for your state. And you def learn about people, marketing, selling.

Forgot to tell you how I got started in real estate. lol. I lived in Fort Worth, Texas and I enjoyed living there and the cost of living was somewhat low at the time.

I drove around some of the less desirable neighborhoods, because those were the homes that I could afford. I bought a piece of residential land for a house. Everyone told me dont do that: bad neighborhood. It increased in value after a few years and I sold it and rolled that money into another real estate project.

Buy something bad, make it better, hold it or rent it. Sell it later.
