Looks like I've got a cold. This is a list of small things that make recovery a lot easier.

I've always been given this to drink when I'm sick. It's a tradition now. Something I could drink any time, but it's mostly limited to when I'm sick.
Spending time watching nonsense tv. I don't watch much nowadays, but every so often it's nice just to switch off and watch rubbish.
I can't stomach big meals so a mostly liquid based dish is the way to go. Stew is one of my favourite dishes.
I push myself a lot so it's nice to allow myself some time to do nothing.
