Things to avoid saying when you want to say nothing at all:

    1. "I don't want to talk about it." This can come across as dismissive and may make the other person feel shut out.

I completely agree with this post. Communication is such an important part of any relationship, and using dismissive or apathetic language can really damage the connection between two people. It's important to find a way to express how you're feeling without shutting the other person out or making them feel like their concerns don't matter. I think it's important to be honest and direct, but also to be kind and considerate of the other person's feelings. Thanks for sharing this post!
