The author describes the essence of tiny habits as:

“Take a behavior you want, make it tiny, find where it fits naturally in your life, and nurture its growth.”

    1. How to build a reliable habit?

    A reliable habit. You just have to “code” things correctly by putting them in the right order.

    Few examples are proposed in the book.

    After I (ANCHOR), I will (NEW HABIT).

    –After I flush the toilet, I will do two push-ups. (work well when you work from home 😀)

    –After I pull the car over, I will write down the most important task of the day.

    –After I brush my teeth, I will floss one tooth.

    2. You can then build yours.

    –After I turn off my alarm, I will …

    –After I make my bed, I will …

    –After I walk in the door after work, I will …

    3. What will be your new tiny habits?
