Today's 10 minute workout

It's an off day from working out, I lifted yesterday and we are hiking tomorrow. Early this morning before a meeting at the firehouse, I did 500 turns with the jump rope, about a 200 foot farmers carry and 30 diamond pushups. All in about 8 minutes.You have the time, you just need to start.

I had this idea this morning, in the middle of an off-day workout that took about 10 minutes. A lot of people say they don't have time to exercise but I think just about all of us can find 10 minutes. I should be clear that 10 minutes day is not sufficient for anything but improving. Anyone doing nothing, will get a little healthier, a little more fit but this is not a short cut to really being in shape or really being jacked. Something is clearly better than nothing though.

    1. Day 1

    Jump rope 100 turns of the rope (actually less than a minute if you already know how to jump rope)

    As many pushups as you can do
