+ ways to come to terms with my own bigtory

    1. Acknowledge it exists

    It's easy to deny or gloss overĀ 

    2. Start to be aware when it comes to light

    What triggers it

    3. Be forgiving of myself

    But only if I am prepared to acknowledge my bigtory

    4. Use the filter benefit of the doubt

    This stops silo thinking of using labels

    5. Question does this bigtory serve me or my values

    6. Shelf the judgement of others as this is a gateway to bigoted thinking

    7. Don't use labels when meeting people see the portfolio of a person's attributes

    8. Be more interested in acknowledging or seeking the person's story

    It's amazing how finding more about a person humanises themĀ 

    9. Don't bitch about others as this practise is often about being superior to others

    Stop these small habits

    10. Explore more of the wirld

    When you are naturally curious bigtory prevents finding joy with exploration

    11. Have more energy it prevents lazy bigoted thinking
