Google or better yet, Brave "Dean Jackson focus finder" and watch the video.

    4. Set aside time just to THINK. No other inputs. Walk while you do it, too.

    5. Start doing an A-OK a day. An act of kindness. Get back to serving and you will absolutely feel better.

    6. Write out an IDEAL DAY where you describe in detail what a future day would or COULD look like if everything were perfect. Then let your subconscious go to work on that.

    7. Do Joseph Campbell’s Sacred Place protocol.

Go to some place where you don't owe anything to anyone and no one owes you. Bring something you like to read, and a note pad and pen. Allow the Universe (I prefer God) to bring you something that you can't NOT do.

    8. Idea List: Next Best Steps.

Quantity over quality here. Write out things you CAN do to get out of the funk. Keep writing. Exhaust your brain, rest for a minute or two, and then get back to it.

    9. Ask God for help. Go to Him in prayer and ask.

    10. Focus on the fundamentals: eat well, move a lot, and sleep better than you ever have. That’s your only focus until you feel like doing more, and you will. Sometimes being stuck is or heavily influenced by fatigue.

    11. Have a heart to heart with a friend who loves you and wants the best for you. Bonus points if they’re sharp. Maybe they will see something you don’t.
