What are some life hacks I can learn in one minute?

    What if I don’t write my ten idealists today? Nothing happens, but I won’t be consistent and won’t build the idea muscle, and my luck surface will not increase.

Washing dishes... I started the hack of washing the pots, pans, utensils for meal preparation BEFORE sitting down to eat. Now when we are done with the meal, there's just a few things left to clean and I make sure those are cleaned before leaving the kitchen so there's no lingering mess.
