What are some life hacks I can learn in one minute?
1. Speed reading
stop reading words out loud in your head. Only focus on the central columns of words on a page. Learn to absorb words visually in groups start with one or two words. Use your finger or a piece of paper to segragate a word or group of words in which to focus on.
2. Deep breathing
Breathe in through your nose out through your mouth deeply for 1-2 minutes. This will increase focus, destress you.
3. Meditation
Breathe as mentioned above And repeat A word in your head over and over to calm your monkey mind and not allow it to wander to other things. Utilize a word that brings you calm and focus. Say it out loud if you can. Do this for a minute to start and increase the time. You can remove the word in time if you wish once you have removed your mind's distraction factor.
