What Did You Learn This Week?

Tomorrow, we're celebrating the Jewish new year. This challenge came in perfect timing!

The hard part is to execute what I have learned...

    1. Eat healthy

    2. Don't procrastinate. It will reduce stress.

    3. Practice Yoga

    4. Reduce working hours

    5. Spend more time with family & friends

    6. Have positive attitude

    Practice being grateful, smile :)

    7. Get more sleep

    8. Hug the people you love

    9. Be accountable and don't blame others

    10. Confront reality and don't ignore issues
