10 Cases where Quality is more important than Quantity

1. Friends
Few but deep friendships are more valuable than many but shallow ones.
2. Tasks
The Pareto rule applies.
3. Priorities
If you have many, you have none. 3 is a good number.
4. Hires
A small core team of high performers is better than a big team of low or mediocre performers. A great hire can transform his/her team
5. Rest or Vacation
One vacation where you unplug and feel refreshed after is better than many where you are connected or interrupted all time.
6. Mentors
The right mentor can save you time and energy. Instead of reading or following many, focus on reading and following the work of few but with depth.
7. Lines of Code
The fewer lines a code base has the better. Too many lines is a liability; technical debts, etc.
8. Investments/Trades
Few great investments are better then many midiocre ones.
9. Hobbies
Have few but engaging hobbies are better than many that fill your time
10. Food
Few but nutritional food is better than a lot of food that contribute less to your overall health and energy level. And, one great fondu is better than many low quality assortments :)
