10 Things I Will Do To Maximize My Energy in 2023

I've spent 351 days in row meditating as of today. It's helped me re-wire many of my automatic reactions when it comes to anxiety, over-working myself and generally being more relaxed about everything. And when I say more relaxed, I mean I'm not worried all the time. I have gained a sense of knowingness that what I spend my time thinking about in fact does become my reality.

2023 maximization looks like:

10 Things I Will Do To Maximize My Energy in 2023

    1. Drink a lot of water every day

    2. Go to the gym 3x minimum per week

    3. Write more

    Email funnels, blogs. correspondence with my clients, ecollar guide, book.

    4. Read more

    5. Get off of social media scrolling habits

    6. Declutter as a daily habit

    7. Drink less alcohol

    8. Eat more whole food + cook more

    9. Launch one to many coaching programs

    10. Finish undone projects I've subconsciously held myself back from success by "pivoting" right before it's actually launched

    11. Purchase zero coaching / training programs and apply the knowledge I've spent thousands on + I already know
