11 Books that influenced me the most in 2023 so far
I have been moving faster than pace to read 100 books in 2023. consuming this much information has changed the way I look at the world. I reflect on the ideas in these books the most. Sometimes the simplest books can have the deepest impacts. I have been keeping a spreadsheet and making NotePD lists of many books I have read. This habit has helped me to retain more and be a more active reader/listener.
1. Beeple: Everydays, the first 5,000 days
I was blown away by his simple but effective work ethic of completing a project every single day. It paid him dividends. I have done this with note PD and (sometimes very light) exercise. I have also "dabbled" with daily music projects for a month: it is not easy to do something every day for a long period of time but it makes a huge difference.

2. Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art
The simple act of breathing through my nose has increased my mental health throughout the day. Breathing through my nose has cleared up congestion that I had assumed was permanent allergies.
