As a passive investor, I have no control on the market. Is this true?

At work: you innovate, change, accelerate, and you have chances to get back on the road to success

At sport: you train more or better. Your performance improves.

In relationships: You give more of yourself and have a chance to get back on track.

But the market. If you are a passive investor (like me), you have zero control.

Is it really true?

And let's face it. The market is the most emotional person I know. It goes from laughter to tears in minutes. In fact, it makes all the experts lose their minds.

Sometimes turns into a dark day. And the reverse is also true.

So if you ask me the question

    3. What is the hardest part of becoming financially independent with a market indexing strategy (ETF)?".

I would answer without hesitation, especially if you are in a bear market like now,

    4. "To have zero control over the situation and to see your capital melt away".

    But is this really true?

    5. “Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” —Viktor E. Frankl

    We always have a choice.

-To ignore and not even follow it

    -If cash, invest more.

-Not to sell, even when it is difficult.

    6. Of course, I prefer it when it goes up, but

when it goes down it gives me the opportunity to win an internal battle. And it’s in these moments that I grow as a person and an investor.
