1. Get a (paper) daytimer that opens to show your entire week
2. Schedule regular weekly events such as church, Sunday dinner, date night etc
3. Set your alarm clock 15 minutes earlier, get up and read
4. WRT household chores, take the attitude, if I see it, I do it
5. If there is a specific TV program you want to watch, schedule it in. Otherwise keep the TV turned off
6. Use commute time for reading and study
7. If something is not fun, ask why you are doing it
8. Identify the time wasters, ie computer gaming, TV watching , YouTube videos
9. Decide on the things you want to make time for. Make a list of 10 of those things, then pick the top 3 and eliminate the other 7
