Ideas to be more focused

    1. Sleep 8 hours a day

    There are studies that show that sleep deprivation makes you more depressed, anxious, stupid.

    2. Eat well (no sugar, no white flour)

    There are studies that show this is good for your brain.

    3. Meditate 20 minutes a day

    There's been a lot of science on how meditation changes the brain in positive ways.

    4. Exercise 45 minutes a day

    There's been science on how exercise increases neurogenesis (the creation of new neurons).

    5. Write down 3 things each day you are grateful for.

    This will help train your "emotional memory" part of your brain and make you happier.

    6. Learn something new each day.

    The process of learning something new creates new neural pathways in the brain.
