From @nicolafisher who was inspired by @JamesAltucher. I am not a goal-oriented person and I have no personal goals for 2023 but Walker Fire is due to get a brand new Type 3 Wildland Engine (chassis in progress pictured) this winter. Hopefully it gets enough assignments next year to fund replacing other older apparatus we have.

A challenge from @lovingkindnesscomedy. I learned the term here on NotePD a few weeks ago. I'm a huge believer in trying to see the other side in that manner. Aside from the cliche that you don't really understand your argument if you can argue the other side, having insight into where the other person is coming from should lead to a better resolution.
