10 Good Books about Productivity
1. The Book of Mistakes: 9 Secrets to Creating a Successful Future Skip Prichard
2. The 12 Week Year: Get More Done in 12 Weeks than Others Do in 12 Months Brian P. Moran
3. 25 year framework Dan Sullivan
This book is about having a long time horizon. 25 years is 100 individual quarters. I try to combine this idea with the 12 week year and then you really are compressing 100 years into 25 years in terms of your goals and achievements. Have a 25 year time horizon lets you be patient and enjoy the journey. It removes sense of being frantic but also let you slowly pile up the wins that will put you where you want to be 25 years in the future.
4. "What Does This Button Do?: An Autobiography" by Bruce Dickinson
This is an autobiography, not explicitly about productivity techniques, but an example of what's possible if you work hard and work, smart.
5. The Sweet Spot: How to Accomplish More by Doing Less Christine Carter PhD
6. Your Future Self: How to Make Tomorrow Better Today by Hal Hershfield
7. Succeed: How We Can Reach Our Goals Heidi Grant Halvorson Ph.D.
8. Stolen Focus: Why You Can't Pay Attention—and How to Think Deeply Again by Johann Har
